With an exclusive special-edition jersey, we honor one of the most significant eras in the city's history and build a bridge from the age of the Fuggers and the Renaissance to the present day. The surface of the jersey is fully decorated with the Fugger family's lily crest. The crest itself and the sponsor logos feature an elegant copper tone, recalling the copper trade that the Fugger family, particularly under Jakob Fugger, expanded throughout Europe. The collar and sleeve cuffs add carefully chosen accents of color: pink references the ceiling frescoes of the mausoleum at St. Anna, blue and yellow represent the colors of the Fugger family crest, while burgundy and dark green are connected to FCA's club colors. The Fugger crest is prominently placed at the neck, and on the back, the inscription “FUGGERSTADT” replaces the usual “FC Augsburg.”
